Founder's Story

Meredith Jones, a third-generation entrepreneur and savvy business professional, always knew she wanted to create a business rooted in the values that shaped her childhood. The name Sera is that vision in action, intentionally named after her kids’ initials as a reminder that success in business and family can go hand in hand.

With over 25 years of experience in HR and accounting, Meredith knows strong businesses are built on empowered people. Featured in Authority Magazine, Nashville Voyager, and CanvasRebel, she brings a business-first, HR-on-a-tilt approach to Sera, helping companies step out of black-and-white thinking and confidently navigate the gray.
