As an extension of our clients’ human resources function, Sera Advisors are responsible for the support and creation of customized Human Resource solutions as well as facilitating effective communication both internally and with assigned clients. Our Advisors work across HR disciplines and industries serving client needs and requests, strengthening those client relationships and positioning Sera as a trusted business partner.
Systematically create process flows and project plans to include frameworks, timelines, milestones and deadlines for both small and large-scale projects
Perform analytical analysis and speak the language of data
Inspire excellence when working both independently and within a team
Immerse in client’s culture by “hearing through the noise” and “seeing the unseen” before identifying the disconnects
Appreciate balance between work and home life
Promote Sera’s HR philosophy utilizing broad HR generalist experience across all disciplines and represent our “My Career is My Responsibility” culture differentiating approach to work
Effectively communicate solutions (verbally, written, and through presentation) internally and to clients
The ideal teammate will hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. A minimum of 5 years Human Resource generalist experience is required. Professional certification such as HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification and/or Society of Human Resources Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or higher strongly preferred.
